Do you know how to use SolidWorks but want to show potential future employees what your level is?
Then join the SolidWorks Certificate Exam organised by Newton and Daedalus in collaboration with Theo Krone! The exam will be for the CSWP certificate, which is at a much higher level than the Technical Product Modelling (TPM1) course of Module 2 and the Technical Product Modelling & Simulations (TPMS) course of Module 4. It consists of an online exam of around 3.5 hours, split into 3 parts, that will be held in the Horst on December 7th from 18:30-22:00. It is free of charge, but that also means we expect you to take it seriously. The CSWP exam is much more difficult than what you learn in TPM1 and TPMS, but can be compared with what you learn during the SW part of the course Information, Management and Visualisation in Module 6 (TPM2 for students who followed the old curriculum).
There will be 1 resit, which is planned for January 11th from 18:30-22:00 (you will be automatically signed up if you fail).
Requirements:
- Passed the TPM1, TPMS, and TPM2 course (!this means that sadly, if you are currently a first or second-year IDE student, you cannot participate in this exam!)
- Take the practice exam
- Be available on the exam date
- Have the motivation to put in the time and effort needed to pass the exam
You can sign up until Monday, the 30th of November
