The board would hereby like to invite you to the upcoming General Members Meeting (GMM) of the 25th Board of S.G. Daedalus on Thursday the 24th of September in the StudIO. The GMM will start at 12:45, but the doors will be open from 12:30. During this GMM, the 25th board of S.G. Daedalus will be charging new people into the Audit Committee. Being present at this GMM will be highly encouraged, as your opinions and insights on the proposal will be at great value.
If you can not be present at the GMM, you can proxy vote for someone else. To do this, please send an email to secretary@daedalus.utwente.nl or deliver a letter to Lian. In case you would like to discuss something else at the GMM, please also send an email to the secretary.
